ORDER STATUSES

Unfulfilled: You should received an "order confirmation" email sent automatically by our system.
We will try our best to ship out your order the next following working day.

Fulfilled: You should received an "shipment confirmation" email with the tracking number sent automatically by our system.

Do drop us an online ticket or email us at customercare@pazzion.com if you did not receive any automatic emails confirming that we received your order / tracking number for the shipped order.

*For orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.
*Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays (GMT+8)


PAYMENT STATUSES


Paid: Your payment have been captured.

Payment pending: Your payment have not been captured, please give us some time to capture the payment from the payment gateway.
If this status remains, please reach out to your payment provider to make sure if the payment for your order is successful.

Refunded / Partially Refunded: We are sorry that we are not able to fulfil your order, please look out for an email sent by our customer service team.
