At PAZZION, we aim to keep Australia and New Zealand shipping as affordable and fuss-free as possible. We make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can as we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. Shipments outside Singapore may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to be cleared from custom. You are advised to check with the local custom office on relevant changes before you place an order. Our system will generate an order confirmation and tracking number once the order is confirmed and shipped out. *Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays.
