Here’s one of the creamiest day of the year! National Cheesecake Day.

Paying homage to one of PAZZION’s favourite desserts — our very own Burnt Cheesecake! In July, we celebrate National Cheesecake Day, the creamiest occasion of the year. And here are three reasons why we can't help simping over these bakes.

Reason 1: There’s nothing like it!

Cheesecakes have such a unique taste and texture. A good cheesecake is ultra-creamy, super luxurious, and sweet in flavour with slight tanginess. And despite its rich taste, this dessert has an airy, soufflé-like character. And ours? It’s exactly what we just described, hitting the right notes for all dessert lovers.

Reason 2: Baked with love from our founder

A perfect weekend for our founder, Tom and his wife involves the loud whizzing of a really awesome standing mixer, waiting for the dough to rise in the oven, and the scent of melted butter filling up the kitchen. They take so much pride in their bakes and have made it a point to share this passion with our cafe patrons.

(P.S. Aside from our cheesecake, most of our other bakes are perfected by our founder too!)

Reason 3: You can let yourself go with our 1-for-1 National Cheesecake Day promotion

As we were saying, National Cheesecake Day is the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a slice (or two) of this decadent dessert. While many of us do not need an excuse to celebrate this glorious creation, for those that do, you can hop over to Takashimaya PAZZION Cafe to enjoy 1-for-1* on our Burnt Cheesecake on 31 July.
