For cafe lovers, there are really only a few things that is more satisfying that a perfectly cooked plate of al dente pasta — be it a simple linguine served with olive oil, garlic and chillies or more elevated dishes like our Cold Truffle Pasta. Keep reading as we introduce our rendition of this Italian staple.

Starting off strong with our King Prawn Linguine, one of our chef’s recommendations (and also one of our top picks!). And there’s a reason why — doused in a creamy garlic butter sauce, this pasta is full with body and flavour. And on top of that, we added in 2 portions of juicy king prawns to make this dish even more irresistible. That, we are able to vouch for, as we find ourselves craving for it all the time.

Introducing our next favourite, one not just reserved for the little ones. Here’s another one packed with flavours — presenting our Cream Sauce Linguine. Originally from Rome, this dish is made with eggs, parmesan cheese and savoury bacon pieces. Yielding a strong creamy taste, this pasta will never fail to bring a smile to anyone’s faces, even the kids.

And if you are craving for something refreshing on the palette… Our chefs got your back! This yummy Mixed Mushroom Tomato Pasta is nothing but joy on a plate. Smothered with a sweet-tangy tomato sauce, mixed with a generous portion of umami wild mushrooms, this plate of linguine will leave your bellies feeling full of contentment

Last but not least, for the health fanatics and meat-free eaters. This is a special pasta crafted just for you. Fulfilling the goal of being inclusive to all, our chefs whipped up this Vegan Kale Pasta so that all types of patrons would be able to dine at PAZZION Cafe together. This green goodness is made with fragrant kale-infused olive oil sauce, vegan cheese for that creamy texture and sweet pine nuts for that umami flavour. And if it’s not enough, we topped it off with a garlic bread to go with this seriously yummy dish.
