Guessing the #MainCharacter is easy – they always look so obvious duh! Our Cold Truffle Pasta needs no elaborate introduction, as it steals the show every. single. time. Photogenic on-screen and in-person, this al dente dish is also anchored in rich dashi-umami and subtle truffle aroma. Complemented with succulent, buttery scallops, crunchy nori strips and juicy bursts of ebiko, the harmonious oceanic flavour truly creates a memory like no other.

We all have THAT best friend – funny, slightly witty and most importantly, stays by us no matter what. While not very humorous, our Wild Mushroom Soup plays a solid role with its comforting warmth. Simmered in a rich broth, this dish melds simple flavours together for a savoury taste and velvety texture that coats the palate with every spoonful. For the witty touch, complement this with a sourdough for a little tang and interest.

The Hero We Never Expected

Besides the protagonist, there’s the character with unexpected character development. The one that tugs at our heartstrings, and simply evokes something in us – meet the Super Quinoa Bowl. At first sight, it seems like a random mix of all things healthy. But trust us, it blends flavours and textures in a surprisingly moreish way. Smoked salmon and nutty quinoa, creamy avocado and crunchy cucumber, earthy sautéed kale and savoury roasted sesame – the perfect balance is achieved in this colourful combination.
